Payment is required prior to shipment of orders.

PROCESSING OF
ORDERS
Because of
the large amount of fraudulent overseas orders, we sell only in Canada and
the United States. All orders will be processed within two business days
of receipt. We will notify you if we are out of stock of the particular
item(s) you wish to order. You can cancel an order at any time before it
is shipped for a full refund. Keep in mind, we process all orders within
48 hours of receiving your order. We do not refund shipping and handling
charges. We will refund shipping costs only if the item is found to be
defective or if the return is a result of our error.
All
duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Orders to the US will be shipped via Canada Post/USPS Express Post unless
otherwise agreed upon. Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post
Expedited or Express Post, Greyhound or any other appropriate shipping
method agreed upon.

Surplus items are sold ‘as is’. No returns or exchanges. Please
ensure you are ordering the correct size – we will help you as much as
possible to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any

New Surplus
Surplus
items in new condition. No returns or exchanges. Again if you
have questions on size or suitability, please call or email us. One of
our staff will be happy to help out.
New Items
This
includes items of clothing, footwear and other gear that we stock
regularly. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must
include all tags on item, sales receipt and a copy of original credit card
charge receipt. Please send a detailed explanation of why you are
returning the item and we will exchange or reimburse you. Merchandise
must be returned in original condition. Return shipping charges are the
responsibility of the purchaser and no COD charges will be accepted. If
an item is defective or returned because of an error on our part, please
call or email us and together we will determine the best way to handle the
problem.

NEW FOOTWEAR
PURCHASES AND RETURN POLICY
Our desire is for you to be satisfied with your new purchase. So that
your fit is comfortable and proper for your foot, we ask you to do the
following:

Be sure of the fit.
When you receive the merchandise, try it on indoors and walk around for
a few hours on a clean carpet. Allow your feet to adjust to the boot. If
anything feels incorrect, send them back within 30 days for replacement,
exchange or credit.

Do not wear the new
footwear outside unless you are completely satisfied. Unless found to be
defective, soiled or damaged footwear will not be accepted for
replacement or refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All footwear is
guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. In the
event you have a problem, we will repair, replace or make the proper
adjustments according to the manufacturer's warranty policy and decision.
Normal wear and abuse are excluded.
