• The information we collect is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and to address particular questions and/or problems you may have with our web site or your order.

RESTRICTED ITEMS
Some of the goods which we offer for purchase on the Internet, may be restricted by Federal, Provincial, State, and/or Local Law.  We are an authorized dealer of all of the goods we offer for sale, but we do not and cannot grant the right or authority to persons to purchase items which may be regulated pursuant to such laws.

You are responsible to check with the local authorities on purchases of knives, batons, canes,  pepper sprays and other hazardous articles shown. Offers of merchandise are void where prohibited by law.   You must be 18 years of age to purchase any batons, knives and other regulated items depending upon the jurisdiction in which you reside.

If you are purchasing any of the aforementioned items, you warrant that you have read this notice and that you are an adult and are not under any legal disability that would preclude you from purchasing, owning, possessing or transferring the item or items you are ordering.

G.I. Jen’s Army Surplus (gijen.com) reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of G.I. Jen’s Army Surplus.

All items purchased from gijen.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
